College Greg Essay Coaching Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all services provided by College Greg (hereafter “College Greg”) for the client student families (hereafter “Student”, “Family”, or “Families”).

 

  1. Cancelation & Reschedule Policy: Families may contact College Greg to reschedule a session without charge anytime up to four (4) hours before the scheduled session start time. If notice of cancelation or reschedule request is received within 4 hours of the scheduled session start time, the full charge for the session will still be assessed. Cancelations & reschedule requests are accepted via email, phone call, voicemail, or text.
  2. No-Show Policy: If a student does not attend a scheduled session (“no-shows”) without notice given to College Greg, the Family will be assessed the full charge for the session.
  3. Refund Policy: If a prepaid session is canceled before the cancelation deadline (4 hours prior to session), then Families can choose to reschedule the session, accept an account credit, or request a pro-rated refund for the value of the session. Pro-rated session refund amounts are calculated by taking the total cost of the program and dividing by the number of 1-to-1 tutoring hours. If the Family elects to cancel their program before their student’s second paid session with Greg, a full refund will be issued. If the Family elects to discontinue their program after a student’s second session, it may request a pro-rated refund for all prepaid future sessions in its College Greg program that were not held.
  4. Student Effort & Program Completion: The success of College Greg students necessitates that students engage actively in completing all assigned homework and tasks in the preparation process. College Greg cannot be held responsible for student failure to complete College Greg tasks and homework assignments. While College Greg programs estimate a total number of sessions, practice tests, and/or essays completed, the completion of these program objectives is dependent upon full and complete student participation. In cases where students do not complete all assignments, College Greg cannot be held responsible for failure to complete program objectives.
  5. Student Data Authorization: By signing up for a College Greg program, families consent for College Greg to use anonymized student data (including, but not limited to, high school, GPA, test scores, and college application decisions) to analyze and help identify trends in admission decisions for Orange County students.
  6. Unauthorized Reproduction of Materials: Families are not permitted to scan, photocopy, photograph, or otherwise reproduce or distribute materials received from College Greg. 
  7. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information: College admissions updates on policies & application requirements are frequent & common. College Greg is not responsible if information on its website or in its programs is not accurate, complete or current. The content on the site is provided as general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on website or program content is at your own risk. College Greg reserves the right to modify content at any time, but we have no obligation to update information.
  8. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of College Applications: Families are fully responsible for keeping track of application deadlines and ensuring that their student’s applications are complete and accurate. College Greg is not responsible for mistakes made in the submission of a student’s application. Insights or recommendations provided by College Greg are provided as general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Families agree that College Greg is not responsible for errors, omissions, or other issues on a student’s application.
  9. Student Results Disclaimer: While College Greg strives to provide students and families with comprehensive programs that support their ability to be successful on their exams, assignments, & applications, College Greg cannot guarantee any student result. College Greg makes no score improvement guarantees, grade guarantees or college admissions guarantees.
